1.The importance of protein in your diet

Your body needs protein to stay healthy and to help your body repair cells and make new ones. They provide our muscles, cells and other vital tissues with the growth factors that are required to keep them healthy and functioning normally. It is also important for growth and development in children.

The basic structure of a protein is a chain of amino acids. Amino acids often referred to as the building blocks of proteins. There are 20 amino acids that are found within proteins. The body needs 20 different amino acids to maintain good health and normal functioning. When a person eats a food that contains protein, their digestive system breaks the protein down into amino acids. They are also needed for the synthesis of hormones and neurotransmitters.

2.Protein-Bodybuilding diet

You must eat these to gain muscle mass. A bodybuilder needs two to three grams of protein per kg of their body weight daily.

3.Daily Protein Intake for common people(not for a bodybuilder)

Most official nutritional organizations recommend a fairly modest protein intake. But according to The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for protein is a modest 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight

Essential amino acids cannot be made by the body. As a result, they must come from food since the body cannot synthesize them in adequate amounts to maintain protein biosynthesis

The 9 essential amino acids are histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. These must come from healthful high protein foods
